You put me stacking shelves in the supermarket - and I did that when I was a teenager - I'm going to stock more shelves than anyone else. That's my mindset. So my work ethic is ferocious. And that's why I like to be successful. I like to win. And I expect my football players or football team to have the same work ethic.
